Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Stockyard Leading Hand PM to join the team at Cannon Hill in Brisbane.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Predominantly involves leading small teams of employees.
Monitoring work standards to ensure that all customer requirements are achieved.
Driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensuring all employees perform their duties to the required standard of workmanship.
Insisting on Company procedures always being followed to minimize product loss and production down time.
Ensuring a productive and positive team spirit including a high level of moral and participation.
Ensuring safe work practices and Standard Operational Procedures are always followed.
