Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Stockyard Leading Hand PM to join the team at Cannon Hill in Brisbane.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Predominantly involves leading small teams of employees.

  • Monitoring work standards to ensure that all customer requirements are achieved.

  • Driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring all employees perform their duties to the required standard of workmanship.

  • Insisting on Company procedures always being followed to minimize product loss and production down time.

  • Ensuring a productive and positive team spirit including a high level of moral and participation.

  • Ensuring safe work practices and Standard Operational Procedures are always followed.

The nature of this role demands a driven, decisive person with a motivated attitude, and the ability to work with and lead a team to produce results. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
