Job Description:

  • As a Territory Manager / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within your assigned territory in Australia. 

  • You will work with incoming leads, complete plans and quotes, establish and maintain relationships with key customers, and achieve sales targets. 

  • You will also have the opportunity to travel across Australia and New Zealand to various field days, conferences and other events with the team and undertake site visits to meet clients and complete quotes.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in your territory.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

  • Design and quote plans for custom camera and connectivity solutions.

  • Embark on exciting trips to attend field days and events across Australia and New Zealand, where you'll get to showcase our products.

  • Be the driving force behind our CRM systems, keeping client records updated and interactions tracked.

  • Be an administrative superstar that keeps organized and on track.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in and/or a passion for rural and outback Australia is a must.

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service particularly in the Agriculture industry is ideal.

  • Excellent communication skills including public speaking.

  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • A willingness and ability to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.

The office is based on the Sunshine Coast and potential candidates would need to be able to work from the office. Remotely located candidates will be considered however will be required to attend the office regularly for meetings and training.
