Job Description:
The Export Operation Manager is a fulltime position reporting to the Directors and Export Manager.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the export and livestock teams and assist with the following:
Stock clerking and management
Stock drafting, protocoling loading and discharging
Shipping management including load plan preparation, stevedoring, trucking co-ordination, weighbridge supervision and loading
Feedlot supply and management
Adhering to strict budget and compliance protocols
ESCAS implementation and overseas compliance
Overseas customer support
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and excell
Must be competent in the handling of cattle and sheep
COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATION REQUREMENTS
Highly organised and efficient
Ability to liaise with stake holders
Can do attitude
Flexibility with work hours to complete job
Systematically complete tasks
