Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Pen Rider/Stockperson to work a 10 days on, 4 days off roster.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring cattle health, diagnosing issues, and administering treatments
Livestock handling, pen riding, and drafting
Yard work and trough maintenance
Accurate record-keeping and compliance with feedlot protocols
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in a feedlot or intensive livestock operation
Strong horse-handling skills and confidence working cattle from horseback
Your own horses and tack (stabling and paddocks available)
A proactive approach to teamwork, communication, and safety
No dogs permitted on-site – please consider this before applying
Job Benefits:
$25–$35/hr (based on experience)

Horse and helmet allowance
New stabling facilities & on-site horse paddocks
Feed and shoeing provided for up to two horses in work
