Job Description:
We are looking for Bore Runners for our Northern Territory stations:
Soudan Station, NT
Gallipoli Station, NT
Alexandria Station, NT
Permanent full-time positions to commence on station with the start of the 2025 season Feb/Mar.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Station Manager, the Bore Runner maintains waters and associated infrastructure and assist the crew with various tasks on station as required.
Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring and maintaining water supplies and associated infrastructure for livestock
Re-fuelling / starting pumps
Checking on stock
Maintaining fences
Working alone and unsupervised
Performing your job safely and operating equipment in a safe manner
Job Requirements:
Have experience working as a Bore Runner
Hold a current C class drivers licence
Be a self-starter that is able to work autonomously and unsupervised
Prior mechanical experience would be highly regarded
Be committed to working safely in accordance with NAPCo's HSE policies and procedures

We invest heavily in on-the-job training and all staff are offered and encouraged to complete a traineeship in Agriculture.
NAPCo stations have a great social environment and give all employees the chance to attend ad-hoc campdrafts, sports days, fishing, camping etc.
WHV applicants may be considered if you can commit to the entire season.
Pre-employment requirements
Prior to commencement, all new employees are required to undertake an Australian National Police Check and are also required to be vaccinated against Q Fever (all associated costs covered by NAPCO).
