We are based in Katherine, NT but you will travel to many areas of the NT and WA. There is lots to see, do and adventure to be had!
We're looking for a self-driven and conscientious individual to become our Operations Supervisor. Working with our Operations Manager to ensure the team, clients and jobs are functioning well.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Your role will include ensuring the team is productive and efficient, working with mechanics to make sure all machines are operating efficiently, oversee all work present and upcoming, supervise WHS requirements, ensuring timesheets and pre-starts are completed daily and tasks are completed to the expected standards.
Outside of this, you'll support the Operations manager with administration and reporting tasks to maintain records from a business standpoint, so accuracy and timeliness are important.
Job Requirements:
We would prefer you have some mechanical background - i.e. Trade qualified mechanic, fitter or self-taught
Understanding of working in both field service and workshop settings
Non negotiables
Experience leading a team
You will be required to travel to remote stations and properties around the NT and Kimberley. So the ability to work and travel independently is essential.
Neat and tidy appearance, vehicle and workplace

Timesheets/prestart done daily
Maintenance systems used daily
Respectful to station and house rules
Time management and minimise downtime across the team
