Job Description:
We are on an exciting journey and are seeking a Lead Mechanic to join our Riverina team in Hillston, NSW.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
The Lead Mechanic is responsible for a small on-farm team to deliver maintenance and repair requirements across our fleet of harvesting and associated machinery to support almond farm operations
Job Requirements:
This role will suit a trade qualified Mechanic/Fitter with experience across mobile plant, who has good communication and leadership skills.
Previous experience within horticulture, specifically almonds, is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience managing an Apprentice and supporting their development is preferred.
