Experienced Farm Machinery Operator

Due to business growth we are looking for another experienced Farm Machinery Operator to assist with the cropping side of our business.

Tamalie Farms is a mixed farming business located in the Liverpool Plains. Our properties are located near Bundella on the south western edge of the Liverpool ranges. The closest towns are Quirindi, Gunnedah, Coolah, Coonabarabran and the village of Premer. The farms are located close to schooling services from pre-school to year 6, along with bus options for high school.

• Machinery operation (i.e. Tractor) & maintenance

• Spray Rig Operation

• Sowing/planting

• Harvest tasks: header driving, chaser bin driving & on farm grain carting

• Fencing/water maintenance

• General farm maintenance and duties 

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Farm Hand role or something similar

• Experience in spray operations

• Experience in sowing/general tractor operations

• AQF 3 Chemical Accreditation or willing to obtain

• Understanding of GPS systems

• Full Drivers License

Desirable but not essential:

• Heavy Vehicle License

• Experience using Agworld
