  • StockLive is seeking a National Platform Sales Manager – Livestock to drive revenue growth, shape market strategy, build lasting industry relationships, and lead partner success across our fast-growing livestock marketplace. This is your opportunity to lead national sales efforts at the forefront of agri-tech - where innovation meets tradition.

  • As a core member of the StockLive leadership team, you’ll be responsible for scaling participation in both online and live auctions, growing revenue, and spearheading digital transformation in one of Australia’s most trusted rural industries. This role will require travel across the country.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

National Sales & Platform Growth

  • Lead and execute targeted sales strategies to drive platform adoption across seedstock and commercial markets. Convert leads into active users, scale participation nationally, and grow revenue.

Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with agents, producers, vendors, and rural service providers. Represent StockLive at industry events and develop partnerships that embed our platform in the livestock ecosystem.

Market Strategy & Commercial Insights

  • Use sales performance data and market trends to identify new opportunities. Influence pricing, go-to-market strategy, and marketing efforts based on insights and customer feedback.

Sales Operations & Team Enablement

  • Establish and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting frameworks. Mentor a small, passionate team, ensuring collaboration, service excellence, and consistent execution.

Customer Advocacy & Product Feedback

  • Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights with product and engineering teams to influence platform development. Champion the adoption of digital tools that benefit all users.

Platform Promotion & Regional Expansion

  • Actively promote the platform in new and emerging regions. Tailor approaches for different markets to drive uptake, deliver value, and support agents and producers in transitioning to digital.

Job Requirements

  • A strong network and proven ability to build rapport with rural producers and agribusiness stakeholders

  • A proven track record of high-value sales, business development, or account management—ideally in livestock, agribusiness, or a digital marketplace.

  • Exceptional commercial judgment with strong negotiation, pipeline management, and deal-closing capability.

  • A deep understanding of the rural landscape and ability to build trust quickly with producers and industry stakeholders.

  • Competency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Flexibility to travel regionally and interstate as needed.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Business, or Marketing are desirable, but not essential.
