Loader Driver/ Mixer

• Precision Aerial Meandarra is seeking a reliable and motivated Loader Driver / Mixer to join our aerial application operations on a full-time basis.

• This hands-on role based in Meandarra is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery, and being around aircraft in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• This job would suit a future Ag Pilot (Fixed Wing) (financial assistance with flying training provided to the right person)

Precision Aerial Meandarra operates from the Meandarra town airstrip. Meandarra is situated in the centre of a vast dryland farming region. This base is in the western Darling Downs region of SE QLD, 200 km west of Toowoomba, 140 km south-east of Roma and west of Dalby.

• Operate and maintain mixing and loading equipment

• Safely prepare and load chemicals and solids into agricultural aircraft

• Work alongside pilots, ground crew & operations staff to ensure efficient operations

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of aircraft, machinery and equipment

• MR (Medium Rigid) Truck Licence – Essential

• DG (Dangerous Goods) Driver Licence – Considered favourably

• Forklift licence and machinery experience are an advantage

• Previous experience in a similar role, or farming/chemical handling experience – Considered favourably

• Enjoys working around aircraft

• Ability to read / write / perform mathematical calculations

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently & adapt to seasonal workloads
