About Providore Global
Providore Global is a fourth-generation, family‑owned Australian beef producer headquartered in Moree and Garah, New South Wales.
Founded in the early 1960s and formalised in 2012 under Sam McNiven, the company blends traditional cattle-rearing with a vertically integrated supply chain to ensure premium quality from paddock to plate. They raise award‑winning Angus and Wagyu cattle on pristine pastures, artesian spring water, and hand‑blended grain diets—producing a variety of beef brands including Ruby Reserve (F1 Wagyu), Rosedale Ruby (Black Angus), and Silverdale (Angus cross).
Quality assurance and traceability are core to Providore Global’s promise. Their cattle are hormone‑ and chemical‑free, raised free-range with complete NLIS traceability, and processed at an A+ accredited export facility following strict AusMeat, MSA, AQIS, Halal, and EU standards. The company offers an “A+ Guarantee,” ensuring every cut meets global food safety protocols and delivers consistent tenderness, marbling, and flavour.
With a global focus, Providore Global supplies discerning consumers and fine‑dining establishments in over 32 countries. Their commitment to excellence has earned them multiple accolades—including gold medals at the World Steak Challenge—and underscores their goal to be the world’s most trusted brand for premium Australian beef.
