Harvest Road’s integrated cattle & beef supply chain, operates across approximately 2.7 million hectares of pristine land, spanning from the east Kimberley to the agricultural region of Western Australia. Our extensive operations span six iconic stations, each with its own unique history, character and geography.  Cattle flow through to our backgrounding properties before entering Koojan Downs Feedlot near Moora in the South.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities will depend on the role you are applying for.

Job Requirements

We are looking for team members who will:

  • Always prioritise safe working practices and animal welfare.

  • Have prior experience in a similar role.

  • Be motivated, hard-working, and embrace the Harvest Road culture.

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a close-knit team.

  • Have experience in cattle animal husbandry (preferred).

  • Follow the guidance of management.

  • Hold a current manual driver’s licence.

  • For Station Hand roles, you should possess prior experience in handling horses and/or motorbikes.

  • Exhibit initiative, problem-solving skills, and a good level of physical fitness.

  • Successfully complete a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
