We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, mentor others, and work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement. Whether you bring decades of experience or are ready to take the next step, we’ll support your development and success.

You will be based at a property near Mungindi, NSW.

You’ll oversee cropping operations from ground prep to harvest, manage irrigation systems (including bankless and siphon), and supervise a capable team of farm hands. You’ll play a key role in operational planning, infrastructure upgrades, and seasonal execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to influence outcomes and contribute to the farm’s ongoing success.

We’re open to a range of backgrounds and experience levels.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Solid experience in broadacre cropping and irrigation.

• Strong machinery operation skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Spraying experience + ChemCert accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

• A practical understanding of agronomy and seasonal planning.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.

• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• Salary: $110,000–$130,000 p/a, commensurate with experience.

• Package: Family home + utilities + work ute + benefits.
