MC Truck Driver | Tighe Ag | North West NSW

Are you seeking a scene change where you will be an appreciated, integral part of a close knit team?

We're seeking a reliable and self-motivated Multi-Combination (MC) Truck Driver to join our team in a casual ongoing capacity.

Tighe Ag is based in North West NSW, approximately 30 minutes north of Moree.

This is a hands-on transport role with variety and flexibility. You’ll be responsible for moving grain and other farm commodities between farms, feedlots and sometimes Brisbane, with opportunities to assist in tractor operation and general farm duties if you want extra hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MC vehicles to transport crops and commodities between farms, feedlots, and Brisbane port.

• You will be operating a Roadranger truck, with both automatic and manual tarping.

• Conduct daily safety checks and ensure truck servicing and maintenance is up to date

• Comply with NHVR and all road transport regulations

• Work autonomously and within a team, managing your schedule with minimal supervision

• Liaise with the farmer and clients to meet transport timelines and expectations

• Support farm operations with tractor work and general duties as required

• Valid MC licence with proven experience in agricultural or bulk commodity transport preferred, but not essential

• Strong understanding of NHVR compliance and road safety protocols

• Mechanically minded with a proactive approach to vehicle care

• Reliable, self-starting attitude and ability to work solo or within a small team

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
