We're seeking a reliable and self-motivated Farm Hand to join our team in a casual ongoing capacity.
Tighe Ag is based in North West NSW, approximately 30 minutes north of Moree.
Dryland cropping duties (dryland cotton, malt barley, wheat, chickpeas and mungbeans) including:
Machinery Operation
Spraying (Latest John Deere Technology, autonomous spray rig)
Planting
Spreading
Harvest duties
Grain out loading
Other general duties as required
Reliable, self-starting attitude and ability to work solo or within a small team
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
