Road train driver position available with family owned and run business with a great crew who work together to get the job done. Working across the NT and in WA, SA and QLD. We service many stations across the NT and we are cattle people who are proud to work with our friends and clients across the northern pastoral industry.

• Based just out of Katherine NT.

• Full time permanent position, accommodation can be provided.

• Carting of cattle and option for some flat top hay carting work.

• MC licence required - experience with livestock cartage preferred but not essential. Mechanically minded.

• We are based on a small property outside Katherine, NT.

• This is home base for our business and staff.

• Depot and workshop are located on the property also.

• Loading and carting hay.

• Loading and carting cattle.

• Carry out basic maintenance on truck and trailers.

• Complete con note book and relevant paperwork for each job.

• Handle cattle in line with animal welfare standards.

• Work well individually and as part of a team.

• Have a positive outlook to work and working as part of a great team.

• Be keen to travel the NT and beyond and experience new things.

• MC licence essential.

• Previous truck driving experience.

• Livestock cartage experience is preferred but not essential.  We are happy to work with some on the job training and supporting your learning journey.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Communication skills.

• Be keen to get into it.

• Accommodation provided.  Basic meals provided. Peaceful rural setting with quality accommodation for you to enjoy when you are at home base. 

• Full time position.  Happy to discuss time off and on if you have family elsewhere, can do a roster setup if needed.

• Healthy salary package - day rate, loaded km rate and paddock carting rate.
