Station Hand | Douglas Daly | NT

• A station hand opportunity is available within a family-owned and operated enterprise, located in the Douglas Daly district, approximately two hours south of Darwin, Northern Territory.

• The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting all aspects of farm operations.

• Assisting with cattle mustering and processing - mustering is done on bikes.

• Operating farm machinery

• Carrying out routine property upkeep, such as maintaining the yard and lawns

1. This position is well-suited to individuals seeking a career in agriculture.

2. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

3. Experience with riding a 2 wheel motorbike whilst mustering preferred.

4. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a small team are essential qualities for this role.

Requirements

• Current Driver’s licence is required

• Truck licence is considered an advantage

• An air-conditioned cottage set within established gardens is available, suitable for an individual, couple, or family.

• The package includes phone and internet services.

• Meals not included and please NO DOGS.
