We’re looking for an organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support daily operations at Rewan station, which is situated 81kms outside of Rolleston, near the beautiful Carnarvon Gorge. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, help maintain the station’s professional presentation, and contribute to a positive team culture. You’ll also support reception duties and assist with general station activities as needed.
Rewan Station is situated 81km’s outside of Rolleston, near the beautiful Carnarvon Gorge. The property operates as a Wagyu backgrounding unit, supplying cattle into the Aronui and Goonoo feedlots.
Manage admin tasks including record keeping, accounts, audits, livestock data, and end-of-month processes
Support domestic and garden upkeep—mowing, weeding, tidying, and hosting visitors
Assist with communication (phone, UHF) and clerical duties (emails, letters, reports)
Distribute information effectively to station employees
Help maintain a high standard of presentation across office, buildings, and gardens
Contribute to a positive station culture and support wellbeing where needed
Welcome guests and assist with maintaining quarters
Identify and report safety risks and WHS concerns promptly
Support purchasing and station supply needs
Assist with organising station functions and events
Help in the stock camp as needed
Current First Aid and Driver’s Licence
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
Confident at riding horses and able to help out in the yards.
Clear communicator—both written and verbal
Team player with a proactive, safety-first mindset
Professional, organised, and aligned with AACo values
Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
Familiar with company policies and procedures
