• As RFTTEJOBS continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, reliable and creative Social Media Content Creator to help expand our presence on Instagram and TikTok, with a strong focus on promoting jobs listed on RFTTEJOBS.com.

• If you know how to capture attention through video and images on TikTok and Instagram, understand current trends, have a keen eye for detail, reliable and have a genuine feel for life on a cattle station, we want to hear from you.

• Casual – 8hrs/week

This job will be done remotely, working via email with RFTTE/ RFTTEJOBS Founder and staff.

• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram and TikTok to advertise job vacancies in particular.

• Post regularly, respond to comments/messages, and keep our pages active

• Source or produce visuals that align with the ag/ cattle station lifestyle

• Repost relevant images/ video from those in the industry portraying life on the land

• Work closely with the team to highlight jobs, employers, and industry stories

• Proven experience with Instagram and TikTok is essential. Applications will not be considered without demonstrated experience creating and posting video and image content on these platforms.

• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and consistently reviews their work for accuracy.

• Strong understanding of rural culture - station experience is a big plus

• Creative eye for storytelling, trends, and quality content via video and images

• Available for approx. 8 hours per week (casual)

• Excellent communication skills
