Service Manager | Kununurra | WA

$150,000 - $200,000 yearly

Job Description

We’re looking for a Service Manager to support our busy agricultural machinery workshop in Kununurra. You’ll be the right-hand to our mechanics and the engine behind our service team — preparing jobs, solving problems, and making sure everything’s ready to go before the tools hit the floor.

This isn’t a typical spanner-spinning job. It’s about organisation, preparation, and practical support — helping reduce repair times, managing tools and parts, and making sure everything’s set for success.

Farm (Cropping)

Property Description

Kimberley Agricultural Investment (KAI) is one of Australia’s largest and most progressive irrigated farming operations, based in the Ord River Irrigation Area in the East Kimberley. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to support our busy agricultural machinery workshop, which is also a CaseIH dealership.

With 4,516 hectares of crop planted across 2025, this is forecast to increase to over 6,000 in 2027, and over 9,000 in 2030 with further farms being developed. This expansion will increase the volume of machinery required to develop the land, alongside working the land.
