We are currently seeking mustering staff experienced in mustering on horseback (and able to shoe their horse confidently) and two wheel motorbikes, as well as relevant skills required for fencing and yard, tank and trough building works.
You will be working long days in remote areas, living in our mobile camp, prior to mustering season which typically starts in April, we may need skilled staff for yard building and fencing works.
Applicants with welding, fencing or yard building skills/ experience in addition to mustering experience on horse/ motorbike will be favourably considered
J&M Cattle Contracting is based around Fitzroy Crossing/ Halls Creek, WA. We do yard building, fencing, tanks, troughs and contract mustering work throughout the Kimberley & WA.

MUST be able to ride and shoe a horse and/ or ride a two wheel motorbike - EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL (your application will not be considered if you do not)
Experience in fencing
Experience/ skills required for yard building, tanks and troughs - i.e. welding, concreting
Be prepared to camp out
Be prepared to join a hard working team, doing long days mustering
Drivers licence preferred/ own horse float/ own bike if you like.
