We are seeking a professionally qualified, highly motivated and compassionate new team member to join our established National Mental Health & Wellbeing Team ('MH&WB') in the important role of Counsellor/Community Representative (Cloncurry/NWQ) . This appointment will play a key role in supporting Rural Aid's coordinated & impactful efforts to support the Primary Producers of the North-West Qld region , and their respective local communities over the next three (3) years .
Our role will replicate our existing (national) model to deliver counselling support and assist with the delivery of Rural Aid services to local Primary Producers and their respective communities around the Cloncurry region and will require regular travel by road (vehicle provided) to attend on-farm, on-station and also regional community events in-person.
