We are seeking a Head Stockperson to lead the team at Headingly Station.  As the Head Stockperson, you'll play a hands-on role coordinating daily livestock operations, leading and developing your team, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest animal welfare standards. Working closely with the Operations Manager & Station Manager, you'll help drive performance across livestock, people, infrastructure and station operations while fostering a strong team culture.

We’re on the lookout for a Head Stockman to join the team at Fort Constantine Station! Starting early 2027 for the season ahead.

The Head Stockman reports directly to, and works collaboratively with, the Station Manager while leading a crew of 4-7 station hands to oversee the day-to-day running of the stock camp, set clear expectations and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires a confident, organised leader who can plan ahead, make sound decisions and bring a crew together to deliver strong operational outcomes.
