Mainoru station is seeking to fill positions available in the stockcamp & contract mustering/fencing camp for the 2026 season. Experience with horses is essential. You will be camping out in swags when mustering

We are currently seeking mustering staff experienced in mustering on horseback (and able to shoe their horse confidently) and two wheel motorbikes , as well as relevant skills required for fencing and yard, tank and trough building works. You will be working long days in remote areas, living in our mobile camp, prior to mustering season which typically starts in April, we may need skilled staff for yard building and fencing works. Applicants with welding, fencing or yard building skills/ experience in addition to mustering experience on horse/ motorbike will be favourably considered

The Head Stockperson is responsible for supporting the Business Manager with the daily operations on Maryfield Station. This is a hands-on Leadership role overseeing all livestock movements, husbandry, welfare and leadership over Station stock staff.
