You will guide and develop your team, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is hands-on and leadership focused. You’ll oversee training and assessment through our Operational Skills Framework, promote best-practice animal welfare, and maintain compliance with company policies and performance standards.

Join the team on Limbunya Station in the beautiful Victoria River Region NT We are looking for a Station Pilot (Fixed Wing) for the 2026 season.

This position is for a Station Hand to assist a family in the day to day running of our property, Allensleigh. You must have 1 year minimum station hand experience to apply for this role. We are a small operation and require one Station Hand only. This role would suit an experienced person travelling with a partner who is not looking for employment on the property.
