Akubra is seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join its manufacturing team in Kempsey, NSW. As a Production Worker at Akubra, you will play an important hands-on role in manufacturing one of Australia’s most iconic products. Working alongside an experienced team of skilled craftspeople, you will learn processes and techniques that have been passed down through generations. You will contribute to different stages of the hat-making process, helping transform raw materials into the finished Akubra hats known and trusted across Australia. Multiple opportunities are available across the Kempsey facility, with each position contributing to the production of Akubra’s iconic Australian hats. No previous manufacturing experience is required, with full training provided. What matters most is that you are willing to learn, work as part of a team and take pride in producing quality work.

Due to our business expanding and increased work load, we are seeking a Leading Hand/ 2IC to organise our fencing and yard building team located for works near Moranbah, QLD. We are looking a person with a great work ethic with experience in welding, fencing and yard building. This is a permanent position and not available to Working Holiday Visa Holders (Backpackers).
