The Livestock Hand (Casual) undertakes various tasks in the support of livestock sale day activities and provides support and assistance to the Business Manager in the day to day operations of Regional Livestock Exchange or sale yard facilities near Carcoar, NSW.  This role can be performed with the use of your own horses. The role offers a dynamic work environment where your skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the efficiency and safety of our operations.  This position is available to Working Holiday Visa Holders (Backpackers) with right experience.

The Canteen Assistant supports the daily operation of the canteen by providing efficient food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role contributes to delivering quality food services in accordance with hygiene, safety, and organisational standards.
