We are looking for a dedicated Head Stockperson to lead our team in Avon Downs Feeder Yards. We are looking for someone to lead the team at Avon Downs as the Head Stockperson for the newly built feeder yards. In this role you’ll take the lead on daily feeder yard operations, working closely with the Station Manager, Operations Manager and a small team of Station Hands. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide your team, ensuring livestock are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with best practice animal welfare standards. You’ll be a key part of our operations, supporting animal performance, team development, and continuous improvement across the feeder yard.
