As part of the Research Farm Team, the Beef Cattle Research Officer will assist the Farm Manager in the conduct of Livestock Industries research trials, contribute to the daily operation of the Research Station and assist with the preparation and implementation of extension programs to promote the sustainable development of the NT Pastoral Industry. The Victoria River Research Station provides facilities to conduct agricultural research and extension. This position is based at Victoria River Research Station, but also can include travel to remote locations for extended periods.
