In January 2019, three cattle stations in Northern Territory and Western Australia, namely Argyle Down, Auvergne, and Newry were acquired by a Vietnamese investor, who later established CAIT – Clean Agriculture and International Tourism . The total assets, consisting of cattle, land and plant and equipment, are recently estimated at around 130 million Australia Dollars.
