We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR & Compliance Business Partner to join our dedicated team at the Yambinya Feedlot, near Burraboi, NSW. Reporting to the Station Manager, with functional oversight from the HR Manager at Cobram, the HR & Compliance Business Partner plays an integral role in supporting both human resources and workplace compliance functions within our feedlot operations. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in agricultural environments, particularly in beef and lamb production. The successful candidate will help ensure HR practices and WHS protocols are compliant, effective, and aligned with industry standards—contributing to a safe, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

JBS Australia’s Caroona Feedlot is currently recruiting an experienced Safety Advisor to join the team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, you will work collaboratively with the site leadership team to ensure consistency and drive continuous improvement across Workplace Health & Safety. You will play a key role in leading both the planning and day-to-day delivery of workplace health and safety and compliance. You will provide expert advice and support to managers and staff on all health and safety matters. This role operates in line with relevant legislation, standards, and requirements, while upholding JBS values, policies, and code of conduct.
