Roper River Transport was established in 2002 when owner Kain Angel purchased his first prime mover and drop deck and expanded with the purchase of 4 Gulf side tippers, & additional side Tippers, tilt tray trucks, prime movers, super tilt tilt semi drop decks and a fleet of Toyotas. As the transport side of the business tends to get a bit quiet during the wet, Kain acquired Willys Autos workshop in 2007 and now has a really busy local workshop that regularly service and repair vehicles in and around Mataranka, Elsey and Katherine and the surrounding areas as well as our yearly tourist visitors.
