We are seeking a competent and reliable station hand to join a progressive organic beef enterprise in Western Queensland. While the successful applicant will be based at a separate property and require a high degree of day-to-day autonomy, they will report directly to the managers and work as part of the broader station team.   This role is suited to an individual who demonstrates initiative, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn. The position offers the opportunity to work with a high level of independence while contributing to a well-managed organic beef enterprise.   Note: The role may suit a couple or family seeking a rural lifestyle; however, only one full-time position is on offer.  Minimum 2-3 years of station/livestock experience.
