This is a unique leadership position combining riding instruction, tourism, horse management and daily business operations. You will work closely with the Director to ensure the business operates smoothly while helping deliver exceptional experiences for every client. This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time teaching lessons, guiding rides, caring for horses, leading staff and helping manage the day-to-day operations of the business. As Yarraman Territory continues to grow, this role offers genuine opportunities to progress into a senior management position.
