The Senior Station Hand role encompasses a range of duties to keep the property running smoothly. This includes maintaining key infrastructure such as water, fences, roads, pumps, and cattle yards. The role also involves working under the direction of senior management at the neighbouring MDH PTY LTD property, Leitrim, and collaborating with the Leitrim team to manage the intake of background cattle from northern properties, process and oversee them in the paddock, and load out.
