Position Description:
In this role you will undertake a broad range of tasks from general administrative, communications, managing compliance, assisting with accounts & payroll, operational and financial recording, analysis, modelling and reporting. The role will be varied across all operational units including the pastoral side, feedlot and the meat processing facility. It will include both administrative but also hands on opportunities to learn differing skills. All training will be provided, tasks maybe challenging but support will be available. There’s unlikely to be two days the same!
You will be based at our on-site village at Sondella Station, which is about 65 kilometre's northwest of Moranbah and 200 kilometre's southwest of Mackay in Queensland.

Core duties:
Management of communication – attending to correspondence as required – follow up on overdue / outstanding items
Diary & travel management
Meeting organisation and notes
Consumables & maintenance management – ordering, scheduling, organising logistics
Entering accounts receivable and payable
Payroll administration duties
Regulatory compliance management
Reporting and analysis
Special project management
We are looking for an organised, discreet, and detail-focused person with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. The ideal candidate will communicate well, work independently, and take initiative to support executives and improve day-to-day operations.
Drivers license essential.
