MC Cattle Truck Driver | Alpha | QLD

Alpha Livestock Transport, a family-owned cattle transport business based in Alpha, QLD, is seeking a MC Cattle Truck Driver.

We are looking for a candidate with a Current Multi-Combination (MC) Driver’s License to cart cattle to Meatworks, Feedlots and in between paddocks around Central QLD

Must be clean, tidy, organised and maintain sober habits.

Alpha Livestock Transport depot is located on a small cattle property on the outskirts of Alpha Township, 160 kms west of Emerald and 130 kms east of Barcaldine 

• Safely loading, unloading, and transporting livestock

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to livestock movements

• Assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of our transport vehicles and equipment

• Current MC License 

• Relevant experience in the livestock or agricultural industry, preferably in a livestock handling or transport role.

• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

• A commitment to animal welfare and the safe handling of livestock

• The successful candidate must be able to work across a 7-day period, including weekends

• 2 Contactable References 

• Well kept and maintained fleet, our trucks are set-up with amenities including fridge, microwave, TVs and Starlink satellite internet
