Wambo feedlot is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated person to join our Stock Handling team.
Ideally we require experienced stockperson's with demonstrated abilities in livestock handling
Wambo feedlot, an expanding 16,000 SCU feedlot operation located 35 km's west of Dalby.
Livestock handling – inducting, drafting, and cattle dispatch, Moving cattle from pen to pen on foot.
Quality assurance and accurate record keeping
Contributing to other areas of the feedlot as required
The successful applicant will need to have proven experience in the following:
Experience in cattle handling
Low stress stock handling techniques
An understanding of animal health and welfare
Effective teamwork skills
Experience in HGP application
Current drivers’ licence
