Old Banchory Pastoral is a progressive agricultural business operating at Old Banchory Station, a 36,000-acre beef cattle property located 62km south-west of Clermont.
Our operation is built around a strong focus on low-stress livestock handling, ensuring the wellbeing of our cattle while maintaining efficient and sustainable production practices.

This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Livestock handling and animal husbandry
Mustering and stock movement on motorbikes
Monitoring livestock health and welfare
Fencing, repairs, and maintenance
Routine fence checks and property inspections
Weed identification and management
General farm and station maintenance
Operating farm vehicles and equipment
Previous experience in a similar station hand or agricultural role (essential)
Practical knowledge of livestock handling and animal husbandry
Confident motorbike rider for mustering and stock work
Experience with fencing, repairs, and general property maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Commitment to workplace safety and animal welfare
