Sheep Station

Property Description

Braemar Station is an iconic sheep station, rich in heritage and set across expansive, healthy bush country supported by dam catchments. With a proud pastoral legacy, the property runs a well-established medium wool Merino flock, alongside South African Meat Merinos (SAMMs) — a versatile, dual-purpose breed valued for both quality wool and strong, high-weight lambs. Rangeland goats are also sustainably harvested across the station, reflecting the scale and diversity of this enduring outback operation.

Located just 75km northeast of the historic township of Burra in South Australia, Braemar Station offers the best of both worlds — the chance to do the work you love while still enjoying convenient access to town amenities.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a true station environment, working within a small, supportive team, contributing to a large-scale operation, and embracing the lifestyle and rewards that come with life on a well-run pastoral property.
