As the station Bore Runner you will be reporting directly to the Station Manager, you'll have a key position ensuring our livestock are well cared for. 
 
You'll be travelling the miles across some of the best cattle country in the NT, starting late March 2027.
 
This is a permanent position and not available to overseas applicants or Working Holiday Visa Holder

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining solar, submersible and mono bores and water infrastructure over a vast area.

  • Inspecting troughs, pipelines and pump systems.

  • Coordinating servicing and repairs of bore vehicles, plant and machinery.

  • Carrying out minor servicing and repairs.

  • Keeping maintenance schedules on track and stock control of bore equipment.

  • Working closely with the Station Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with cattle and water infrastructure

  • Sound mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in isolated areas.

  • Experience with diesel motors and general servicing.

  • Able to work independently and manage your time.

  • Good Communication skills to liaise with team.

  • Practical, organised and proactive.

  • Experience with maintaining water points.
