Sondella, your base for the graduate program, is located 60km North of Moranbah.
It forms the centre of our Central Qld aggregation of 4 properties with a focus on an elite breeding goup, backgrounding, has an on site feedlot and export meat processing facility.
In addition short periods of time may be spent at our northern breeding operation, "Carpentaria Downs", as well as the Brisbane sales and logistics office.
The graduate program offers a rotation throughout all facets of the beef supply chain, breeding, backgrounding, feedlot, meat processing and sales and logistics. The final quarter of the year, our graduates are encouraged to select their niche in the business and undertake a project delivering a greater depth of knowledge in their chosen area.
Recently completed a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
