We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Manager to join our team on a cattle breeding property near Koumala, Queensland. This is a hands-on position suited to an honest, capable and practical cattle operator who can confidently oversee day-to-day property operations while working closely with the owner.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a genuine station lifestyle, with the independence and responsibility that comes with managing a remote cattle property. The position would suit an experienced older couple looking for a change of lifestyle, as well as a motivated younger couple looking to establish themselves in station management and build a long-term future in the cattle industry. This position is not available to Working Holiday Visa Holders (Backpackers). Nor do we accept applications from overseas or offer sponsorship to overseas jobseekers. 

We're looking for a capable and proactive Assistant Manager to add value to our mixed farming business in the South Burnett, Queensland. This is a full-time role ideal for an experienced applicant with diverse skills across livestock and pasture management, machinery operation and maintenance. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years of station hand or livestock management experience. Long-term role: not suitable for holiday makers or short-term employment.
