We’re looking for a Service Manager to support our busy agricultural machinery workshop in Kununurra. You’ll be the right-hand to our mechanics and the engine behind our service team — preparing jobs, solving problems, and making sure everything’s ready to go before the tools hit the floor. This isn’t a typical spanner-spinning job. It’s about organisation, preparation, and practical support — helping reduce repair times, managing tools and parts, and making sure everything’s set for success.

Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Irrigation Manager is responsible for developing and executing an irrigation schedule that meets crop requirements and aligns with seasonal and operational plans. You will manage staff, resources, bulk water ordering and delivery, on-farm water infrastructure, and the tail-water recycling system. You’ll operate at both strategic and hands-on levels—planning ahead while ensuring day-to-day execution is safe, efficient, and timely. This role is central to achieving our production, efficiency, and water-use targets. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside experienced farm, operations, and production and land development managers.
