The Station Cook is responsible for the planning, preparation, and delivery of nutritious meals for 15 station employees and occasional guests. This includes maintaining stock levels, ensuring hygienic kitchen operations, and catering for staff working both on-site and away from the station complex. The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to work within budgets, and commitment to maintaining a clean and well - structured kitchen environment. Other duties include working a half-day Saturday in the station store on a rotating roster between other staff.
