Our operation is undergoing strategic expansion, and we are seeking a Feedlot Manager to lead and grow with us. Position Summary An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Feedlot Manager to join our growing beef feedlot operation in Northern Victoria (Echuca/Shepparton region). This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for managing all on-farm feedlot operations (1,500 head), including livestock care, feeding, infrastructure, compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will report directly to the business owners and play a key role in driving day-to-day operational success and continuous improvement across the feedlot. This role is ideal for someone with strong livestock management skills, a high attention to detail, and proven leadership capability.
