Willinga Pastoral is seeking Station Hands to join their 4 x properties in Queensland. See below to view property descriptions. We take pride in running an efficient, well-managed station where our people, livestock, and land come first. We value good people, practical skills, and a strong work ethic; creating a workplace where staff feel supported, trusted and safe.  With a focus on innovation, animal welfare, sustainability, and long-term land health, we aim to set a strong industry standard.  Mustering is completed on horseback and side-by-side vehicles (Buggy’s) across all properties/aggregations. No quad or two-wheeler bikes are used.  Horse riding skills are not necessary for the positions. Each candidate will complete a verification of competency on all equipment as part of their induction process.
