The Head Stockman reports directly to, and works collaboratively with, the Station Manager while leading a crew of 4-7 station hands to oversee the day-to-day running of the stock camp, set clear expectations and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This position requires a confident, organised leader who can plan ahead, make sound decisions and bring a crew together to deliver strong operational outcomes.
