Position Summary An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Feedlot Manager to join our growing beef feedlot operation in Northern Victoria (Echuca/Shepparton region). This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for managing all on-farm feedlot operations (1,500 head), including livestock care, feeding, infrastructure, compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will report directly to the business owners and play a key role in driving day-to-day operational success and continuous improvement across the feedlot. This role is ideal for someone with strong livestock management skills, a high attention to detail, and proven leadership capability.
