The Livestock Manager plays a decisive role in the leadership and success of our feedlot Livestock team. They must ensure all livestock staff are focused on being part of a team that are engaged, informed, efficient, and enjoying their work.  The Livestock Manager plays a pivotal role in organising all cattle movements and processes. 

Due to an internal promotion the opportunity has become available for the position of Assistant Feedlot Manager at Whaka Feedlot in the Dalby District. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, this is a vital hands-on role that is responsible for the daily management of feedlot operations.

We require an Assistant Farm Manager/ Livestock Overseer for our property near Moss Vale, NSW. You will be an experienced Livestock person willing to work with the Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. The Biosecurity and Animal Welfare team are seeking applicants to fill an ongoing role in Katherine. As a Livestock Biosecurity Officer, you will provide biosecurity inspection and certification advice and services to manage risks to the Territory economy, environment and public health and support the development of sustainable agribusiness and economic development of the NT. This involves delivering biosecurity services and advice, and administering legislation relating to the NT Livestock Act, 2008. You will also be required to participate in biosecurity emergency responses and undertake regular travel to remote locations.
