We're looking for an experienced and driven Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day and strategic management of Margan Pastoral Company's operations across our three properties near Boorowa, NSW. We've recently restructured the leadership team. The Farm Manager will take full operational and commercial responsibility for the business, allowing the CEO to focus on strategy, growth and the property's long-term vision. This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of a diverse, regenerative pastoral enterprise and help build something meaningful for the future.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and will treat the feedlot as if it were their own. You'll be practical, dependable and proactive, with a genuine commitment to cattle welfare and operational excellence. You'll notice the small things, solve problems before they grow and take pride in leaving the feedlot in a better condition than you found it.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, works well independently and wants to be valued as part of a progressive livestock business. The Assistant Feedlot manager is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the feedlot, to ensure cattle performance, animal welfare, workplace safety and operational efficiency are maintained to a high standard.
