Lyndavale Cattle Co is seeking a practical, self-motivated Station Manager for Mount Ebenezer Station in the Northern Territory.
This opportunity will suit someone with a keen interest in land management and cattle welfare, strong practical skills and the initiative to work independently. Opportunities to attend training and develop skills across a wide range of station management topics are available.

Mount Ebenezer Station is a cattle property in Central Australia, approximately 205 kilometres south-west of Alice Springs, with the Lasseter Highway running through the property. Adjoining Lyndavale Station to the south, it forms part of the Stanes family’s Lyndavale Cattle Co operation. Covering approximately 160,000 hectares, the station features a mix of range country, mulga and sandhills, offering the opportunity to live and work in the distinctive landscapes of the Red Centre.
Main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
📍 Undertaking bore runs and checking station water infrastructure
📍 Assessing land and pasture conditions.
📍 Carting cattle within and between stations.
📍 Monitoring and maintaining cattle welfare.
📍 Carrying out general property maintenance.
📍 Operating machinery.
📍 Undertaking infrastructure improvements.
📍 Keeping the workshop and homestead surrounds tidy and orderly.
📍 Providing support and assistance to the Manager.
✅ A manual driver’s licence.
✅ An HC licence, with an MC licence preferred.
✅ Mechanical and welding skills.
✅ Initiative and the ability to work independently.
✅ A keen interest in looking after cattle and country.
